Karl came to us from across the pond, leaving London for our sunny beaches (good choice, Karl). - Jeff Jacques isn't from around here. But, now that he's here, he and his wife are not sure they'll ever leave. Having owned and operated a wellness center for ten years with a staff of 29 employees in Waterville, ME, he's obsessed with customer service and product knowledge. When their son moved to Japan after graduating from college in 2019, Jeff and his wife made a plan to sell the business and join their son in Tokyo. Weeks after the business sold in March of 2020, Covid swept through the U.S. and changed everything, including their plans.But, their Wilmington detour, as it turned out, was a happy accident. Jeff joined the Land Rover Cape Fear Team as a part-time porter a few months after they landed here, and was enticed to the sales floor three years later.
