This extended reach is just one of the ways we go beyond the standard service experience. However, due to the logistical demands of this offering, scheduling availability is limited, and we encourage you to plan in advance.

Loaner Vehicle & Fuel Policy
For your convenience, a Land Rover loaner vehicle may be provided while your vehicle is in service. This ensures that you can continue your day uninterrupted, without sacrificing mobility or comfort. However, please note the following guidelines regarding our loaner vehicle policy:
- Guests are responsible for the fuel they use while the loaner is in their possession. We do not fill up the loaner's tank before or after the exchange-this is our way of balancing the cost of this complimentary service.
- There is no additional charge for pickup and delivery. Our focus is on delivering exceptional service with minimal inconvenience, and while we cover the transportation logistics, the fuel for your temporary vehicle remains your responsibility.
We appreciate your understanding of this policy, as it allows us to continue offering this premium service to all our valued guests.
ÂScheduling & Availability
Due to the high demand for our Service Pickup & Delivery program, appointments must be scheduled in advance. In many cases, availability may extend upwards of two to three weeks out, depending on volume and service needs.
While we strive to accommodate all requests, please keep in mind that feasibility plays a role in scheduling. Any repair or maintenance service is eligible for pickup and delivery, but certain minor services-such as a simple tire rotation-may not justify the logistical costs involved. Our team will review your service request and determine if it qualifies for our pickup and delivery offering.
If you require urgent maintenance or a quick fix that may not be feasible for this program, we encourage you to visit our service center, where our expert technicians will be happy to assist you promptly.

How to Schedule Your Pickup & Delivery Appointment
If you would like to take advantage of this exclusive service, scheduling is simple:
- Call our service team or use our online appointment scheduler to request a Service Pickup & Delivery appointment.
- Our team will review your service needs and confirm if your requested service qualifies for the program.
- If eligible, we will schedule your appointment at the earliest available date, keeping in mind that slots may be booked up to two to three weeks in advance.
- A designated driver will arrive at your location, exchange your vehicle for a loaner (if applicable), and transport your Land Rover to our service center.
- Once your vehicle is serviced, we will return it to you in pristine condition.
